The Studio Yoga

The Studio Yoga The Studio Yoga (founded as Awakened Yoga) is a membership holistic wellness movement studio. Personal training and TRX suspension methods available also.

The Studio is a private membership yoga studio in Decatur, IL offering hot yoga, Buti yoga, Primal Flow, yoga HIIT and free flow embodiment movement practice. We specialize in small group classes, private yoga instruction, and private glow (blacklight) yoga parties. We believe transformation and health are holistic. Tools we share include: yoga, breath, movement, mindset, energetic and spiritual awareness rooted in self love. The Studio is a warm and welcoming space to drop the mask and come as you are. We don't define yoga for you, we encourage you to do that for yourself. Our mission is to empower you to live authentically and fearlessly as your best self.
