This is what I do when the days are gloomy and gray.
🔔 Remember that, 'this too shall pass'.
* Life is a basket filled with this thing called 'Pressure'. Get used to it and prepare for it to come. It's necessary in my journey to a successful and fufilled life.
🔔 Get control over my emotions.
* Acknowledge your feelings and respond calmly
* Create rituals to implement PPSITIVE ACTIONS into your life. Here are some examples.
* Memorize Scripture and Quote to uplift
* Build a prayer life
* Do things on a weekly basis to distress and replenish my life with smiles, movement, laughter, and growth.
* EAT RIGHT. Starved and malnurished individuals tend to make many irrational decisions.
