We are open the 1st Sat of each month, unless it is a holiday wknd and then it will be the 2nd wknd. 423-334-2300! We are a Christian base Primary Care and Walk-In Clinic. We are here not only for your health needs, but for your spiritual needs as well. At Restoration Clinic you will be treated with respect, love, and kindness.
