Honor the arrival of the Winter Solstice with a gentle yoga and sound bath experience designed to ground, restore, and reconnect you to the quiet wisdom of the season. Through slow, mindful movement, you’ll be guided back to your breath and body—creating space for reflection, presence, and inner stillness.
As we move into winter’s symbolic shift, this practice encourages turning inward, conserving energy, and embracing the restorative power of rest. Soft postures, restorative shapes, and intentional pacing will support your nervous system in releasing tension and settling into calm.
We’ll close with an immersive sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls and soothing instruments to help you unwind, reset, and realign. You’ll leave feeling nourished, centered, and in harmony with the rhythms within and around you.
Wear cozy, comfortable clothing and plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in. This beginner-friendly practice welcomes all levels—no prior yoga or meditation experience needed.
