Meet our newest clinician, Shelby!

Shelby is a Pelvic Health and Orthopedic Physical Therapist who joined Decatur Hand and PT Specialists in July 2025. A proud graduate of Emory University’s Physical Therapy program, she discovered her passion for pelvic health during her second year of training. Shelby loves helping people find relief and confidence in their bodies, especially those experiencing pelvic pain, bladder dysfunction, pain with intimacy, and pregnancy or postpartum-related concerns.

Beyond her work, Shelby is deeply committed to her community—she believes in giving back, promoting health equity, and expanding access to care for all. When she’s not in the clinic, you can find her spending quality time with family and friends, getting creative with arts and crafts, exploring hiking trails, or discovering new restaurants around Atlanta.
