The Steam Sauna is getting some use and I am getting positive feedback. Here is an interesting article if anyone has questions about steam sauna benefits and contraindications. I have sessions set for 20 minute or 30 minute as well as steam sauna followed by a massage.

I guess I was a bit premature on closing up today. Looks like the storm is running later than predicted. However, I did injure my shoulder a few days ago and not quite healed up yet. Either way, I would have had to cancel my day. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Our Story

Time certainly does pass in the blink of an eye. I opened my practice December 1999 and 2020 I am celebrating 20 years as a Massage Therapist. It has been quite a journey and I am so thankful that I have been able to help my customers feel better over these years and I hope to be of service for many years to come.

My practice focuses on healthy living and caring for my clients needing an environment for healing and mindfulness for relaxation, as well as, helping clients that deal with medical issues from acute and chronic pain, difficulty sleeping, depression, anxiety, stress, cancer, sports related issues from Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness (DOMS), injuries, TMJ, tension and migraine headaches, massage for the elderly, carpal tunnel syndrome, Fibromyalgia, pregnancy, post-partum, depression, anxiety, and addiction recovery. I offer Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Pregnancy Massage and Post Partum Massage and Hot Stone Therapy, Infant Massage Instruction, Emotional Release Therapy, Thai Yoga Massage, Massage for Lower Back and Pelvic Pain, Tension and Migraine Headache relief, and Fitness and Nutrition Coaching.
