Healing isn’t always linear—and it’s rarely surface-level.
More often, it happens in layers.
As one layer resolves, the body begins to reveal the next. Some are easy to move through, while others can feel more uncomfortable, more noticeable, or even unexpected.
It’s why we don’t stop care the moment your neck starts holding its alignment. And it’s why, even after weeks or months of feeling great, something new can surface.
This isn’t a setback—it’s your body continuing the process.
Just like a bruise can feel tender as it heals, or a cut forms a scab as it repairs, healing can sometimes come with sensation, awareness, or temporary discomfort. It’s not a sign that something is wrong—it’s often a sign that something deeper is changing.
You’re not going backwards. You’re moving through.
And I’m here to guide you through each layer along the way.
