I'm joining Desiree Lawrence to learn more about the somatic practices that can be used for addressing the traumatic wounds of our country's painful racist history. These wounds harm us all, make no mistake. But these wounds were inflicted onto the bodies of enslaved Black people. We must be in TRUTH to be able to HEAL.

Fascinating new meta-anaylsis of many research studies show that we don't know what we think we know about how depression and brain chemistry work.

Science is all about staying open to learning something new, even with what we thought was all settled.

What are your thoughts on this new analysis?

We don’t know how antidepressants work.
