This afternoon Marilyn shared her many stories & memories of her feed sack clothing and quilts. It was a trip down memory lane for many and a great time to see her beautiful work. Thanks to Marilyn and her children for the presentation today! 🤗

The 4th picture is a quilt that Marilyn's grandmother made in the late 1800's. Marilyn's grandfather would take her mother to school in a sled when she was a child and would cover her up with that blanket which weighed 22.5 pounds!!! Amazing! (family correct my details on that if I got it wrong)
