Take a look at what we have planned for Wellness Weekend! There are several opportunities to pop in and try us out for the first time, no appointment needed! As well as a debut by Root 43 Juicery, a special workout at The Well at Crater Fitness including a FREE Root 43 Hydrate+ juice, new apparel to browse, and a special event on Saturday titled Sip + Snack + the Salú Story. We are cheering on Jen Sime this weekend as she runs the Chicago Marathon in partnership with The Danny Did Foundation! This is her SIXTH time running the Chicago Marathon in honor of her son, Brendan 💙, raising awareness for epilepsy and SUDEP.

We love seeing you come through our doors, Jen, and we are so happy to contribute positively to your training! Recovery time is so important 🔥 🧊. You got this!! 💪
