A birth plan can be an awesome tool to have handy to prepare you for your upcoming birth. If not sure where to start or what your preferences are, we can work on co-creating one during one of our prenatal visits.

I discovered this little reminder of a recent birth this morning. Long after the sticker falls off, I'll carry the less tangible, but in many ways more real, memories of a mother's strength, a dad's support, and the triumphant arrival of a longed-for little one.
