Today’s challenge is all about simple, gentle movement — no equipment needed.

Try this quick routine:
✅ Shoulder rolls – 10 forward & 10 backward
✅ Chin tucks – 10 slow reps
✅ Cat-Cow stretch – 8–10 rounds
✅ Standing twists – gently rotate side to side

These moves help improve flexibility, ease tension, and keep your spine happy throughout the day.
