Wellington Place Nursing and Rehabilitation Campus is proud to be community owned. We specialize in a variety of services on one campus providing increased levels of care as needs change. As the areas preferred provider for skilled rehabilitation, long term care, assisted living, and memory support we are playing an important role in helping older adults age in place.

Our life enrichment programs encourage social, physical, and cognitive engagement as well as fun! Improving the quality of life of our residents as they age is a top priority regardless of the level of care they need.
