May 3, 17 & 31 - Ignite your Creative Side! Increase curiosity and befriend our inner critic with playful art expression. Enjoy connecting with others while creatively experiencing skills such as mindfulness, distress tolerance and compassion.

May 3 - String and Ink Creations - Make spontaneous elegant and expressive creations with string and ink to embellish with chalk pastel to bring out the expressive story.

*Monthly Monday Mandalas* - Meditative healing circle art

May 13th - Emergence Mandala
Embracing the new and welcoming what’s coming up. We will creatively reflect on something emerging in our lives while tending to balance in order to not overdue in this season of energy.

June 3th - Igniting the Inner Fire Mandala
Recognizing the possibilities when we hold opposing emotions simultaneously. We will create this mandala with imagery of earth, fire, water and air with mixed media materials.

All Group Sessions are held at 314 West Main St., Decorah, IA
