Chrysalis Children's Center We are a branch of Northeast Iowa Behavioral Health located in Decorah, Iowa. We provide behavioral health services to youth and families.

🌈 5 – Feeling awesome!
🌤️ 4 – Pretty good
⛅ 3 – Okay
🌧️ 2 – Not so great
⛈️ 1 – Having a tough day
Let them point to their number with a finger or color. It opens the door for honest talks and helps normalize emotions. 💭
