There are a couple more spots on for tomorrow evenings Sunday Sound Bath! 💫
There's no shortage of stress in the world these days. And while we can't fix that, we can offer a few hours of calm, community, and genuine self-care. These kinds of experiences matter right now... they give your nervous system a chance to settle and remind you that you don't have to carry it all alone. We have three events coming up at the Myotech Wellness Studio in Dedham and we'd love for you to join us.
🪷Friday April 24th, 7:00-8:30pm — Somatic Breathwork Journey
For when you need to actually move something through your body, not just think about it. Breathwork works on a level that's hard to explain but pretty impossible to ignore once you've experienced it. It's active, it's somatic, and people consistently leave feeling like they've genuinely shifted something.
🪷Sunday April 26th, 7:00-8:00pm — Restorative Sound Bath
If your nervous system is fried and you just need to stop... this is it. You show up, you lie down, and you let the sound carry you somewhere quieter. Sometimes that's exactly what we need.
🪷Tuesday April 28th, 6:00-8:30pm — Sisterhood Circle
A gathering for women who want to be in community with other women. No agenda, no pressure... just a welcoming space to connect and feel a little less like you're doing all of this alone.
