I am enjoying a personal celebration today. I opened Yoga for You 26 years ago (10/14/1995). 26+2 (Twenty-six years and 2 of those as COVID years)! This Planet Earth has wild rides. 🪐 It's been so much more than I could EVER have imagined in totality and it keeps getting better and better. There is no more important relationship than the one you have with yourself. I love the quiet and peace in this moment feeling appreciation for all the students and teachers that have passed through the doors @ Yoga for You. 💙🙏🌀🧘‍♀️☯️🎈🎁🌟🧘 I am eager to practice with you for many more years to come. I'm sending everyone Special Love today. 💖
