Deer Isle Yoga Studio Iyengar yoga and yoga therapy with Liz Leuthner. Group classes. Private sessions available. Her classes are equal parts steadiness and lightheartedness.

Deer Isle Yoga Studio teaches Iyengar Yoga, a method that makes makes space for transformational experiences through dedicated practice. Liz Leuthner is a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher (CIYT) and a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT). She is drawn to the intelligence of Iyengar yoga, the powerful sense of freedom and responsibility, and the relative stillness of mind that develops with practice. DIYS is founded on the philosophy that when we let go of old ideas, try something new, and have some fun, anything is possible.
