Gracias Madrid!

Seven years ago, I wrote down one of my goals: I wish to one day travel with a sports team, doing what I love most. And here we are! Thanks to incredible players, that vision became a reality. God works in perfect ways, allowing every piece of the puzzle to come together for a greater good.

If I could share one thing with anyone starting in this career, it would be this: Keep learning the techniques that help you deliver results—but don’t forget to be genuine, honest and truly care about the people you treat and work alongside. When you show up consistently with skill and heart, one day it won’t just lead you to your dreams; it will also give you beautiful growth and meaningful, lasting relationships. No money will ever pay that.

Blessed for this grounding session today :) Not sure who got away more relaxed me or this client 😆

The peace and calmness of this season brings warmth to my heart. Thankful for this year ! Thankful for amazing inner experiences. The seeds that were planted, the renewed feeling of peace and certainty that youre on the right path. The gift of life and nurturing. The assurance that when a soul truly surrends to Gods mysterious ways the feeling of whole is authentic. Thank you for everyone that was part of this amazing year. Truly one of the best ones of my life , and its just the beginning. . . 🙏🏻

MMT MONEY SPOT WORKSHOP IN AUSTRALIA

After taking the online version of MMT Bodywork Course, in which gave me lots of results, I was still thirsty for more ! So here I am in Australia, to absorb all I can from these genuine, smart and effective bodyworkers. Came to find out Its more than just a massage its a lifestyle and a pretty damn good one ! Between Breath work, Barefoot Sprints, Heavy Lifts, Cold Water therapy and lots of pure intentions. By meeting amazing people I was able to look at myself different! So happy to now be part of this community and to have met people that are in the same boat!

Wishing everyone that was there a fulfilling and effective journey , in life and in this special career that we have. The goal is to spread awareness and companionship!

Lets change the world!

84 miles for me but 100 for a bunch of people!
I rode for my aunt, my best friends mom and all of those out there fighting cancer.

Thanks for the help during the ride and helping me up after a silly fall.

Love for this challenge and the amazing set up.

Despite the adversities that happened this year in your path, you proved to yourself and everyone that being strong takes courage,determination, CONSISTENCY, love and most of it all Faith !

This resulted in a better physique, mindset,and for this year the silver medal! 🥈 Isa, Congratulations on one more victory and being a true testimony of Gods promises! You have the character of a true warrior that serves as an example to every women out there!
Congratulations for being this genuine example of honesty, hard work, determination and excellency in this sport.
