Suffering from a puffy jawline or feeling like your face has “lost” its definition? We can help with that. 💆‍♀️✨

A lot of jawline puffiness isn’t “weight” — it’s fluid your lymphatic system hasn’t cleared yet. Gentle gua sha can support lymph flow and help your jawline look and feel more sculpted over time.

Here’s the exact routine we're demoing in this reel 👇

1️⃣ Prep the skin
Apply a light facial oil so your gua sha stone can glide without dragging or tugging.

2️⃣ Jawline stroke: chin to ear
Place the notched or curved side of the stone at the center of your chin.
Glide along the jawbone toward your ear with light, smoothing pressure.

3️⃣ Drainage stroke: ear to neck to collarbone
From just below the ear, rotate the stone and glide it down the side of the neck all the way to the collarbone.
This helps direct that fluid into your main lymphatic “drains.”

🔁 Repeat this chin ➝ ear ➝ neck ➝ collarbone pathway 5–7x per side.
Keep your pressure very gentle — think “petting a cat,” not scraping the skin.
