In New Hampshire, our bodily autonomy, private health decisions, and access to health care are still under attack, despite how overwhelmingly unpopular bans and restrictions are amongst Granite Staters.

That’s why we, alongside the ACLU of New Hampshire, will be rallying outside the New Hampshire State House on Thursday, February 19th from 9 AM to 10:30 AM to remind NH state lawmakers to protect our healthcare and to back off our bodily autonomy.

RSVP at the link below, we hope to see you there.

I found this quote in a 2012 Whole Living magazine I apparently saved in my nightstand (which feels very on brand 😂). Psychiatrist John Sharp from Harvard Medical School talks about how novelty-seeking helps keep us actively engaged with life over time. A good nudge to try something new, even something small, and let our brains remember that life is still interesting. 💛

Q***r De-Escalation & Self-Defense trainings are officially on the schedule!

🗓Our next one is schedule for Saturday, February 28, 2026 in Portsmouth, NH

We often get a lot of questions about what this training looks like.

Instructors demonstrate realistic scenarios and model strategies for responding so participants practice:
👉de-escalation skills
👉assertiveness
👉boundary-setting
👉verbal self-defense strategies, or physical self-defense skills

Participants then have the opportunity to practice the skills in the scenario with an instructor who plays the role of an aggressor.

This experiential practice helps participants think on their feet and learn to manage their own stress response in order to respond effectively in the moment of confrontation.

We proudly partner with IMPACT Boston as a training partner. (IMPACT Boston) IMPACT instructors receive over 200 hours of specialized training that qualifies them to teach our evidence- and trauma-informed curriculum.

My brother’s partner sent me this. Singing bowls on the beach this morning at sunrise. Sound on. Eyes closed. Amazing. 🧘🏻🫶😌

Excited for this EFT training - my first training of 2026. 🤓
