Many people wait longer than they should to see a podiatrist. Your feet are pretty good at sending warning signs - you just have to know what they mean!

🦶 It might be time to schedule a visit if you have:
• Heel pain when you first get out of bed
• A toenail that is thick, yellow, or painful
• Numbness or tingling in your feet
• A blister or sore that won’t heal
• Pain after walking or exercising
