I have found a series of interviews by Deepak Chopra called "Living Outside The Box" to be spirit opening. I believe you must join Audible, in order to listen to the series. It is comprised of interviews with relevant meditations which serve to reorient your priorities to a more peaceful, spiritual flow. Who wouldn't want that? :)

Deeply insightful observations which, I believe, are a foretelling of an identifying moment in our history. Just as my grandparent's generation was molded by the "Depression", my parent's by "World war II" and mine, by the "Cold War/Nuclear Threat", this generation may become known as the Pandemic Virus generation.

Distancing and isolation shaped who we are.
