V**e companies talk about 'fresh' flavors, but they’re actually giving you a dose of formaldehyde. That’s the stuff used in morgues to preserve specimens. You aren’t a science project or a zombie, so why are you coating your lungs in a chemical meant to keep dead things from falling apart?

A lot of people reach for a v**e when they feel stressed, but it’s actually a trick. Ni****ne creates a 'cycle of withdrawal.' Within minutes of your last hit, your brain starts feeling edgy and anxious. When you take another puff, that feeling goes away—but you aren’t actually 'relaxing.' You’re just stopping the mini-panic attack the ni****ne caused in the first place.

🇺🇸 The Story Behind the Staff Sergeant Parker Gordon Fox Wellness Program 🇺🇸
The Staff Sergeant Parker Gordon Fox Su***de Prevention Grant Program was created in honor of Parker Gordon Fox, a U.S. Army veteran whose life — and loss — sparked a nationwide effort to better support veterans facing mental health challenges.
Parker served his country with dedication and strength. After returning home, like many veterans, he faced the invisible wounds of service. In 2020, he tragically died by su***de.
His story is not unique — and that is exactly why it matters. His family, community, and advocates turned their grief into action, working to expand access to mental health care for veterans.
In response, Congress passed the Commander John Scott Hannon Veterans Mental Health Care Improvement Act of 2019, which established the Fox Grant Program with a clear and powerful goal:
Meet veterans where they are — in their own communities.
Through the FOX Wellness Program, veterans can access:
👉 Individual support and coaching to navigate challenges
👉 Community connection opportunities
👉 Education and tools focused on whole-person wellness
👉 Assistance navigating resources and benefits
This program is designed to reduce barriers to care and ensure veterans feel supported at every stage of their journey.
Veterans and their families in Defiance, Henry, Fulton, and Williams Counties are encouraged to learn more about the FOX Wellness Program by calling 419-782-8856 and asking for the Fox Program.
