❄️Day 108 of posting Buddy every day until he finds his forever home.

❄️But even more important, today marks Buddy’s 365th day with us. A full year. An entire trip around the sun, and still he waits.

365 days ago, this sweet boy was released from the chain that literally held him in place. He left the tiny circle of dirt that he called "home". He was wet. He was cold. He was terrified. He didn't know humans could give love. He didn't know they could provide safety. He didn't know his life was about to change.

But it did.

He went to a foster home where he has learned what patience is. Where he has learned to receive love, and give it in return. Where he has learned that life is more than a worn circle of dirt in the cold, but rather, one where he can enjoy life being the good boy he always was. He has learned his favorite thing of all is running and romping through grass. Free from the chains that once held him in place.

And while all of this progress is amazing, what we really want, and what Buddy deserves more than anything, is to finally be chosen by his person.

We know this person (or family) is out there. So we will keep sharing this very good boy because he deserves all of the happiness for the rest of his days.

We hope you can help by sharing his posts, telling your friends, your mailman, your quilting circle, your neighbor, your book club, your hairdresser, your entire network... because he is worth it.
