We specialize in evaluating, assessing, and treating orthopedic, sports, and neurologic injuries for patients of all ages. More specifically, the staff at DPT has extensive experience with treating patients who are dealing with a wide spectrum of ailments. Our expert staff is trained to assist a wide variety of patients who may be recovering from a surgery, trying to prevent surgery, or who may be suffering from chronic pain. Whatever the injury may be, the expertise at DPT is unparalleled and we take pride in our ability to guide our patients to resume their lifestyle as quickly as possible. This independently owned clinic is outfitted with a wide array of equipment that enables and enhances our patient's recovery and progress. To better serve the community, we are offering a walk-in bump clinic for any local athlete who may have suffered an injury during training, practice, or a game.

Two weeks ago we had the honor to attend the dedication for Chad Giesige’s memorial at Ayersville High School. We would like to thank the Ayersville Athletic Boosters for putting this event together on military appreciation night! The ceremony to honor Chad was a class act!

Although his injury in Iraq was tragic, the bonds and relationships made due to that injury are everlasting. We will always remember his family for their courage and commitment as they were called into duty to serve Chad the way they were able to for over 20 years. Our staff at Defiance Physical Therapy feels lucky and honored to have been a small part in Chad’s life. #87 🩵
