Today, on this solemn day of remembrance, I pause not just as a massage therapist, but as an American, a mother, a daughter, a neighbor, and a believer.

I join the nation in remembering the lives lost on 9/11, the heroes who ran toward danger, and the families who still carry the weight of that day.
