🌿 Qigong – Gentle, flowing movements and mindful breath to balance your energy and cultivate inner calm. Fridays at 8am with Nicole, our founder and owner.

☯️ Tai Chi & Tea – Slow, meditative movements to improve balance, flexibility, and presence, paired with warm tea and community. Wednesdays at 3pm with Tammy – free for all!
