Squatober is upon us!! Join in the fun by choosing your path throughout the month of October. Beginners will do the first number of reps listed ie x20 air squats…if you’re feeling more daring you will do the second number of reps listed ie x40 air squats. If you are in need of modifications for any of the variations of squat leg Stephen A. Murphy or Cortez Caldwell know and they will let you know how you modify…Happy Squatober!!
