Healing Happens at Harborview! 💙

Dialyze Direct provides on‑site dialysis services right here at Chautauqua Rehabilitation Suites, giving our residents convenient, comfortable, and consistent care.
With six dialysis chairs available Monday through Friday, mornings and afternoons, residents can receive treatment without leaving the building. Our dedicated team of three dialysis nurses is always on‑site, ensuring safety, support, and peace of mind throughout every session.

I Went Home Today! 💙 - Dororthy Dority

Dorothy has been working with therapy on ADLs, transfers, and ambulation. Upon evaluation she was only walking 5 feet however has improved strength and endurance and is now ambulating 100 feet. When asked "How has therapy helped you?", she responded:
"I've gotten better with my legs and walking and doing exercises with them, it has made me happy. Therapy has the best people. They have helped me get stronger to go home."

Our therapy services are all about helping residents live more confidently and independently. Through personalized PT, OT, and ST, we support everyday needs — from dressing and bathing, to walking safely, to communicating and swallowing with ease. With specialized certifications like VitalStim, LSVT, and the McNeill Dysphagia Therapy Program, our therapists empower residents to reach their goals and feel their best, one achievement at a time.

🇺🇸 VA Spotlight: Honoring a True American Hero 🇺🇸

Join us in honoring Mr. James Bryan, a Vietnam War Veteran whose courage and service speak volumes. Mr. Bryan was awarded the Silver Star, three Bronze Stars, two Vietnam Crosses of Gallantry Awards, and three Purple Hearts, and was also nominated for the Congressional Medal of Honor.

Now a resident at Chautauqua Rehabilitation Suites, Mr. Bryan enjoys sharing the powerful stories behind his medals and his service. His legacy reminds us of the bravery, sacrifice, and resilience that define our nation’s heroes. 🤍💙
