So snopes says this is not true. Oh yes well I am trying this and looking for a few to study it with me. I have heard many of the points made here but find the explanations ie drinking only hot beverages during and after a meal interesting. Also the first thing in the am and waiting 45 minutes to eat and the healing timeline is challenging but again I may have more than 1 condition that could use this. Anyone else?
DRINK WATER ON EMPTY STOMACH
It is popular in Japan today to drink water immediately after waking up every morning. Furthermore, scientific tests have proven its value.
