Today we welcome Imbolc, the sacred turning point between winter and spring. Though the earth still rests, life is quietly stirring beneath the soil. This is a season of gentle beginnings, renewed hope, and the soft return of light.

Imbolc honors Brigid, guardian of the hearth and flame — a symbol of warmth, healing, creativity, and protection. She reminds us that even the smallest spark can grow into something beautiful when nurtured with care.

Light a white or natural candle and take a few slow breaths. As the flame steadies, say:
