Ever lost someone that completely changed our World not just your Life? The Incredible World Renowned John F Barnes of Myofascial Release Business has become an Angel.

 If you didn’t know he impacted Millions! I was trying to think of an equivalent for somebody to relate. I think he would laugh at a Mother Theresa of the Health & Wellness World. Yet the most amazing sense of humor like Robin Williams with only the Joy in mind.

I felt safe in his presence and magic would happen! Myofascial Release allowed me to sit cross legged again 27 years ago after a 9 inch scar from surgery. I started helping people then and have been helping people & animals with MFR for 25 years. I am beyond honored to have helped assist teach for John Barnes Myofascial Release!

May his family and everyone he has touched feel the love throughout their fascia! Our World was blessed with a man brave enough to stand up & challenge the thinking of old. He is an extraordinary Hero! Yet he would help you rescue yourself from Pain & realize your Freedom! Thank you, thank you, thank you will never be enough. You are eternally Loved! ❤️

I met the Chief of the Apache Tribe and a great-great-grandson of Geronimo this weekend at my friends Richard & Adi’s literature festival where myth’s are stopped & truth is the focus inside & out. Chief Angel, as my amazing friend Patrick & I like to call him, spoke from the heart in such a powerful humble way. He stood out for me from a room filled with brilliance from around the world. Anyone from a local accomplished physician that has trained 2,000 doctors to a Top Model from Thailand. Even the Mayor stopped by and spoke before two other authors that are friends, David & Ron, brought their humor & insights on another panel. Many other friends were hugged in brief moments of connection. We all enjoyed delicious Indian food, dance, music, & even sound healings together through out the weekend. I also experienced something I never thought I would … feeling what a gong experiences as it’s being tapped & resonates in sound. One of the booths had a mat that moves & vibrates like a ride in Disneyland under the length of you! What an experience to be there & to share it here with you now. The panels spoke on many things though as a take away there is hope for the future for all of us, keep visualizing what you want as millions of dollars were even created from the basic law of attraction principles we all know (and I love), & truth can be found if you research it from all sides and find it within. Yes, It’s wonderful to flow with life yet, if you suddenly find yourself not feeling the best, do you realize you can change your state? Travel to the place you want to be. Then be in that energy as long as you want right now.

How so? I thought you would never ask 😉. We are going to get your mind on board or board it like taking a plane, car, or even en-TRAIN it now to where you want to be.

If you could be anywhere right now what are the qualities of that place you enjoy? Say it’s Hawaii. For me it’s relaxing, friendly, smells amazing, tropical. So I can put myself into the State of Hawaii by using my imagination & feeling relaxed. How can I live from this place/state? Congratulations! Opening event for another NLP Practitioner recently where they asked us to tag ! Grand start to what I hope will be an amazing Success story!

I’ve been having my own success story with what you see me wearing here. It’s called an Air Tamer. One of my awesome clients referred her Sister in! Not only am I grateful that she had amazing results with me, she also told me all about this personal air purifier.

It attracts a lot of attention whenever I wear it. I went through the holidays using it and when I stopped I got sick. Could be a coincidence though I was at big events and stayed healthy. So thought to pass on my success to you incase that interests you. I was always excited to hear my friend of 22 years story on the latest gadget he would buy. Then I’d research it myself. What word encompasses your energy that people will use when you pass away? May that day be at the end of a beautiful long life like my Grandpa. It will happen to us all & the word for him played into my life today. His was Joy! A word I had not directly attached to him yet experienced in his presence!

It was after my Aunt & Uncle were saying Saturday, how many people at his funeral were using the word joy to describing him, that it clicked into place. He had a twinkle in his Irish eyes & playful spirit. He could hold space when you were stressed and hurting yet you’d be smiling by the end of a call. The kindness he would show me had me go to love instead of Joy till today.

As I was being coached his morning by , that I saw on our community site Locally Well, her name would pop up randomly on Zoom. I would smile seeing the word Joy there yet my intuition picked her to go to before I learned the realization I shared with you. Synchronicities speak to me.

As I went into her visualization I felt the heaviness in my energy then later my unconscious chose the image of Joy. I was being held & bounced by my Grandpa giggling loudly in the air. Feeling safe & happy like I usually felt around him. I realized he would take heavy energy and turn it into joy over and over again. I needed that now as I grieve him. I now have his ability actively in my energy through that experience empowered by the synchronicity. It was a gift. What candle would you light in the darkness of someone’s name gone by? Imagine driving up to a Celebrity Charity Gala, where Demi Moore is speaking, & you are holding tight to the wheel of your car with the strong winds blowing. Suddenly out of nowhere you see a temple that looks like it’s from Asia on your right!?! My jaw was dropped yet still holding tight in the wind. I asked myself, “What was that?!” & made a determined decision to find out and go there! It’s right here in California & seeing it for the first time years ago blew my mind. I was in awe the next day as I walked the grounds, enjoyed the food, bought lots of unique treats in the grocery store. Took off my shoes … and climbed the stairs of the beautiful building pictured in the middle here of the photo I took yesterday. When you arrive at the top and step inside it’s all white and silent. It feels otherworldly & sacred. There’s a stillness and a deep felt Peace that I still remember from years ago till today. City Gala bapslosangeles
