our boundaries aren’t rejection, they’re direction.

They show others (and yourself) what safety feels like for your nervous system.

They’re not “too much,” “difficult,” or “high maintenance.” They’re information — data about what helps you feel grounded and safe.

If setting or keeping boundaries feels heavy or confusing, that’s not your fault. It’s often unlearning years of being told your needs were inconvenient.

You deserve relationships that honor your limits and your peace.

✨ You can book a free consult through the link in my bio to explore how to reconnect with your boundaries in a way that feels safe and sustainable.

Audio from my spoken word collection — a piece about breaking free, reclaiming power, and remembering that self-expression isn’t just art, it’s how we stay alive.

Paired with my VA (shout out to Hope!!)'s artistry on the visuals ;) Thank you, Hope!

If this stirs something in you, let’s explore it together. Book through the link in my bio.

Something I’ve learned through my Post Induction Therapy (PIT) training at The Meadows and something I deeply want to share. 💜

We often mistake our survival strategies for our personalities but they were simply ways we learned to stay safe.

When we understand our patterns instead of labeling them, we create space for real healing and connection.

If something in you is ready for change, I’d love to support you. You can book a free consult through the link in my bio.

The water reminds me that endings don't have to be harsh.

They can be quiet, cleansing, and full of grace.

As the year softens, I'm learning to release what's heavy and make room for what's waiting to begin.

Like water, I'm letting go to begin again.

If you've been thinking about starting therapy, maybe this is your sign. Healing doesn't have to wait for January—it can begin the moment you allow yourself to start again.

I'm here to walk with you as you take that first step.

If you're feeling exhausted or stuck as the year winds down, that's completely valid.

Your body whispers before it ever shouts. Tight shoulders, shallow breaths, fatigue, restlessness — they’re not random; they’re signals. When we learn to listen early, we can shift course with gentleness instead of waiting for burnout or breakdown. 💜

💌 Pause for a moment today and notice what your body is telling you. If you’d like support learning how to listen and respond with compassion, you’re welcome to DM me or book a free consult through the link in my bio — a gentle first step toward honoring yourself.

The river reminds us: even the uneasy currents have direction. 🌊

Discomfort doesn’t always mean we’re in the wrong place, sometimes it’s the body’s way of saying “keep going, you’re stretching into something truer.” What feels heavy in the moment can be the very thing guiding us toward alignment, freedom, and deeper trust in ourselves.

If you’re moving through your own waves of discomfort, you don’t have to do it alone. When you’re ready, you can take the first step through the link in my bio.

If you think this looks or sounds gross, wait till you hear what it does for your nervous system 🫘

This is natto - Japanese fermented soybeans. It’s slimy, funky, and polarizing. My son hates it. I love it.

Here’s why I eat it: Your gut and nervous system are directly connected through the vagus nerve. Fermented foods support gut health, which supports regulation. Besides- I actually really like the taste!

Everyone talks about kimchi and sauerkraut, but natto is one of the most powerful probiotic foods out there - and way less known.

This is what eating for nervous system health actually looks like. Not supplements. Not restrictive diets. Just real food that supports your body.

You either love it or hate it. What team are you on? 🌿

Not every wave of discomfort is a warning to turn back.
Sometimes your body is saying, “This doesn’t feel safe.” Other times, it’s whispering, “You’re stepping into something new.”

The real practice is learning how to tell the difference. That’s where presence takes root where trust in yourself deepens, and where courage grows even in the unknown. Feeling unsettled doesn’t mean you’ve lost your way. More often, it’s the sign that you’re expanding into a truer, fuller version of yourself.

If this speaks to you, you’re welcome to explore more with me — there’s a free consult waiting in my bio.
