Woke up to reviews, texts, and emails from women already reading.

I wrote this book quietly.
Seeing it land publicly is something else.

Grateful for this community. 🤍

It’s here.

The Power of No is officially live.

This book is for the woman who:
– Says yes when she means no
– Overgives and calls it love
– Abandons herself to keep the peace
– Feels resentment building but doesn’t know how to stop

Inside, I teach my RIFRA Method:

Root
Impact
Feel
Reflect
Empowered Action

Because boundaries aren’t about pushing people away.
They’re about coming home to yourself.

How many women were taught that aging means becoming irrelevant?

I was on a walk thinking about my grandmother.

She spent hours watching soap operas. Talking on the phone. Passing time.

And as I passed an older woman on the street today, something hit me.

How many women in our lives slowly disappeared as they age?

Not because they have nothing to offer.
But because somewhere along the way they absorbed the message:

“You don’t matter anymore.”

And here’s what’s interesting.

I talk a lot about anger in my upcoming book "The Power of No" (launching March 1).

But anger isn’t the enemy.

Sometimes anger is the spark.
The fuel.
The refusal to disappear.

Anger can move us into activism.
Into voice.
Into action.
Into throwing the starfish back into the sea even when someone says,
“What’s the point?”

And through the lens of RIFRA:
What did we see modeled?
What root beliefs formed?
What meaning did we make about women aging?

Did we internalize:
• “Older women don’t matter.”
• “It’s too late.”
• “What’s the point?”
• “The world is too broken.”

Or are we willing to interrupt that inheritance?

I want to know:

Did you have a grandmother, mother, or woman in your life who slowly zoned out as she aged?

And what meaning did you make about your own future watching her?

Let’s talk about it below.

This book is for the woman you are now and the one you wish had known this sooner. Some lessons truly change everything....

I almost didn’t finish this book.

Not because I didn’t know what to say. But because finishing it meant choosing not to disappear from my own voice.
