A lot of people have asked me lately what I’ve been doing different for my skin and overall muscle gains. Well the secret is I have been going to for stem cell therapy! to my peak week shoot with from my last show 2 years ago 😫! Dang, how time flies. Do I miss competing? Hell yea. Do I want to compete again? Absolutely. But am I ready to do it again any time soon? Nope🤷🏻‍♀️. I’ll be back one day, for now there are far more important things going on in my life that I want to accomplish before I step back on stage. One day tho😌.
