NIKS Medical Spa officially turned 2 🎂

And truly, none of this happened without YOU.

To every single person who has:
- Trusted us with your skin & confidence
- Shared us with a friend or family member
- Cheered us on and said our name in rooms we weren’t in
- Collaborated with us, supported our events, and helped us grow in ways we couldn’t have done alone
- Believed in what we’re building
…thank you doesn’t even begin to cover it.

These two years have been filled with growth, learning, laughter, meaningful collaborations, and so many special connections—and we’re just getting started.

Here’s why we have you wait the full 14 days after tox 👇🏼

Neurotoxin doesn’t work instantly—it gradually binds to the muscle and softens movement over time.
• Days 1–3: not much happening yet
• Days 4–7: you’ll start to see it kick in
• Days 10–14: full, balanced result settles

And here’s the part most people don’t realize 👀
Different muscles—and even different parts of the same muscle—can kick in at different times. So if we treat too early, it can look:
• uneven
• like one side “didn’t take”
• or like you need more… when you actually don’t

If we bring you in and touch up before that full 2 weeks, we risk over-treating, which can lead to asymmetry that lasts the full life of the tox (aka ~3 months 😅).
Waiting the full 14 days =
- accurate assessment
- better symmetry
- safer, more precise results

Her main concerns: softening the nasolabial folds and addressing a longer philtrum (length between the bottom of the nose and the upper lip). While we can’t physically shorten the philtrum, we can create the illusion of balance by strategically enhancing and sharpening the Cupid’s bow—just a few millimeters can make all the difference.

And those nasolabial folds? Softened beautifully while still respecting her natural anatomy—because sometimes less is exactly what’s needed.

You treat your patients like family, your family like gold, and every single room you walk into feels lighter, warmer, and happier because of you. You are funny, endlessly thoughtful, and just so full of love.
