Working inside in a dark space all day can sometimes take a toll, so one of my favorites things to do in San Diego... go to the zoo just before closing and get my steps, get some vitamin D all while seeing amazing animals along the way. Have you been to the zoo? What's your favorite animal to see?

Jokes aside, i understand it can be hard to just let go. To relax your mind and let someone else have the control! This takes practice, and the more often you can do that, the easier it will be. I notice a big shift in clients ability to relax the more often they come in for treatment. So, are you on my schedule for this month yet?
