• The role of stress, hormones, circulation, inflammation, and pelvic floor health in fertility and postpartum recovery
• Why creating healthy “soil” in the body matters—and why support should continue beyond a positive pregnancy test

The Power of Authentic, Loving Connection

It all started with the idea that humans are biologically wired to seek connection with others. Of course, this idea is not new, but we experienced the truth of it when we began our journeys as therapists more than 6 years ago. Through the often chaotic and vulnerable times, we came to rely on each other, forming a deep connection that saw us through the trials and tribulations (and yes, successes, too), of growing personally and professionally.

Through education, research, and our own personal and professional encounters, we came to intimately understand that feeling safely and securely connected to others gives us the courage to express our authentic self, live freely, and love fiercely. Having witnessed the transformative powers of this fundamental principle, we knew we needed to help others experience it for themselves. It was through that realization that Connected, Seen & Heard was born.

The ability to teach others what we have learned gives us a deep sense of meaning, direction, and purpose. Through our therapy, workshops, and trainings, we have empowered others who seek to embrace their authentic selves. And it all starts with connection... loving, authentic connection.
