➡️ 94–95 📈⚾️

We recently ran 3D motion capture on a draft-prep high school arm who traveled in from out of state for testing.
By collaborating with his coach and providing objective movement data, we’re able to support smarter development — for both performance and long-term arm health.

Accurate data → better decisions.

Strength. Speed. Consistency.

New episode on the Milwaukee Sports Performance Podcast —> dropping Monday at 5 am.

New equipment coming to Kinetic SMP meaning big performance impact! We’re adding the Flywheel to enhance high-speed eccentric training for our athletes here in Delafield and the Lake Country area.

This is huge for:
- Baseball players
- Golfers
- ACL rehab athletes
- Hamstring injuries

Stronger deceleration = healthier, more explosive athletes

If you’re an athlete in Delafield, Hartland, Oconomowoc, or Milwaukee, looking for next level rehab and injury prevention — we’ve got you covered.

Which is harder — ACL rehab or Achilles rehab?

Both challenge athletes in different ways — physically and mentally.

For explosive basketball players, return to sport isn’t just about being pain-free.
It’s about restoring trust in the jump, the landing, and the takeoff.

That’s why the rehab process matters.
Generic PT doesn’t prepare athletes for real game demands. Individualized therapy, progressive loading, and objective performance testing do.

🚨 NEW PODCAST EPISODE: How to gain speed without wrecking your swing ⚡️🏌️‍♂️

Michael and break down the right way to add distance this winter — and in this clip Jason explains a huge mistake golfers make:

👉 Stop trying to swing HARDER… start learning how to swing FASTER.
Swinging harder often means hitting down on the driver ➝ more spin ➝ less distance.

Speed is important.
But the ability to slow down matters just as much.

Deceleration is a foundational skill for every sport — especially for young female athletes.
It shows up in:
✔ Change of direction
✔ Cutting and reacting
✔ Jumping and landing
✔ Injury risk reduction (especially at the knee)

In this video, you’re seeing a simple exercise progression we use to teach athletes how to absorb force, control their body, and move with intention — instead of letting speed control them.

Better deceleration = better performance + more resilient athletes.

The most important question you’ll ask yourself in the gym this year 🏋️ 🏋️‍♂️

“How many more reps do you think you could do?”

That question helps us gauge Reps in Reserve (RIR) — one of the best tools we use to dial in exercise intensity, whether you’re rehabbing an injury or training in the gym to chase your fitness goals.

• Too light → you won’t make progress
• Too heavy → you risk overtraining or unnecessary injury
• The sweet spot for building strength 💪🏼 → ~2–3 reps in reserve

This is how we make sure exercises are loaded appropriately — not guessing, not maxing out, but training with intention.

Whether you’re returning from injury or just trying to get stronger this year, this principle matters.
