Mental health is personal to me.

Everything I have today, I couldn't accomplish without a strong mental health foundation.

This looks like:
✅ Sitting with my upset child instead of "fixing" them
✅ Choosing intentional language when navigating conflict
✅ Doing scary things when I want to avoid them
✅ Resisting the urge to drink alcohol
✅ Prioritizing connection when I want to kick and scream
✅ Seeing the good in people when I'm mad at them
✅ Saying "no" to something when my conditioning says I should say "yes" to be valuable
✅ Resting when I notice burnout signals
