Big energy, fresh momentum ⚡️

📣📣We’ve just dropped our NEW schedule and we couldn’t be more excited about what’s ahead. More opportunities, more variety, more growth—everything you need to level up as we enter our 5th year!!! 🪄🪄🏋💪🧘🏼‍♀️🔥

Few things to note:

1. With vacations/spring breaks occuring, the new schedule will take a couple weeks to be fully implemented.

2. 26 + 2 yoga on Friday & Sundays will be held every other weekend until Tribal teaching training ends in May.

3. 10:30am Wednesdays will be a rotation of Bootcamp and Kick It (cardio kickboxing) both lead by Katie.

4. Please check the schedule daily on Vagaro as this is your most updated source.

5. Pre-Register for class to save your spot 🖤

We are teaming up with The Cure Crew as they campaign to save lives through Blood Cancer United (Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.)
Join us for a Glow in the Dark Yoga Flow party on Saturday, February 7th at 6:00pm. Be prepared to glow under the black lights as leads you through fun (and sweaty) flow that benefits a great cause.

When: Saturday, February 7th 6:00pm
What: 60 minute Glow Yoga
Donation: $30 with %100 of proceeds going to Blood Cancer United
