Your body is always communicating -- whether you realize it or not. 🤔
And it's not just responding to what you eat or how you move.
It communicates through different systems, and hormones are part of that conversation. They help regulate things like energy, mood, sleep and how your body responds to daily stress.
When that internal balance shifts, your body may start to respond differently. 🤪
Sometimes that can look like:
