$56 4 Class Card (valid for one month)
$112 8 Class Card (valid for 90 days - drop-in classes only)

When what used to be literally no big deal as a kid is suddenly scary as an adult*. 😆 I couldn’t help but yelp. 🤣

I’ve always been the type of person to face every single fear, with the hopes of being able to cope. Scary & uncomfortable moments are an inevitable part of life. I’m afraid of heights and a skydiver for the past 20 years. I’m terrified of deep water and sharks. I’ve been a surfer for 23 years and a long time free diver (that one cracked open that fear). This morning while swimming with a dear friend, I was certainly holding some fear of gators as we were alone early in the springs. But it didn’t stop us from a joyful adventure and the incredible view of morning light shining through the clear water.

Face your fears, and you might find yourself on the other side having an amazing time. As evidenced by my silly dance at the end. 💃

I am so passionate about sharing this practice because Yoga has significantly improved my life. I live with chronic pain, and I’m able to reduce or eradicate it every day through yoga as therapy. It’s at THE TOP of my must do activities to reduce pain.
