Meet Nancy! Nancy Adams earned her teacher certification after retiring from a career in IT. She believes yoga is accessible to everyone when the right props are used, and she weaves in elements beyond the physical practice, including breathwork and mindfulness meditation.
She teaches the Morning Vinyasa class on Mondays at 9am!
