Missy Woods is an RYT 200 instructor and a Relax and Renew® trainer.Missy received her teaching certification as part of the first cohort of yoga teacher training at Bodhi + Sol in 2023. After exploring teaching various kinds of classes, she discovered her passion for Restorative yoga. Missy is committed to creating a supportive and nurturing environment for class participants to relax and heal; and her deepest intention is to help others remember that they are worthy of rest! She enjoys weaving other practices and modalities into the Restorative practice, (including breathwork and meditation, and creative use of props such as sandbags or hot stones) in order to facilitate deeper relaxation. Outside of teaching yoga, Missy owns a creative communications business that specializes in providing branding and graphic design support to spirit-led entrepreneurs and wellness clients.🌿

Jennifer weaves the Asana practice with the spiritual, physical, and philosophical dimensions of the yogic path. She found yoga in her youth and reconnected to the practice during her college career, where she earned a degree in accounting with a minor in philosophy. She delved deep into her practice during her corporate years, so grateful for the opportunity to call upon her practice when needed. In 2024, nearly 15 years after she began her practice, Jennifer obtained her 200 YTT and loves sharing her passion with others. She focuses on bringing others back in connection to their body and spirit, and cultivating the harmony and coherence they already have within.

Meet Tammy!👋✨

Tammy is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga teacher certified in Vinyasa, Yin, and Kids Yoga. Working in a stressful and competitive environment by day, she learned that yoga gave her the tools to quiet her "monkey mind" and breathe through the difficult times. Her heart's desire is to empower people to make peace with their bodies so they can fully embrace all that life has to offer. Her classes blend instruction in anatomy, yoga philosophy, and meditation while moving through fun, funky flows set to an eclectic playlist ranging from hip hop to indie folk. You really never know what you are going to get. If you want an authentic, non-judgmental, body positive yoga class taught with compassion, join Tammy on the mat on Tuesdays at 6pm or Sundays at 9am. 🧘‍♀️
