We’ll move through 108 mindful Sun Salutations as a moving meditation—releasing the old, welcoming the new, and setting the tone for the year ahead. Expect steady breath, supportive pacing, and a peaceful, reflective atmosphere. Leave feeling clear, renewed, and ready to step into the new year with purpose. All levels welcome.

This class will explore how to embrace the natural time to slow down and lean into the darkness, using lessons from nature to live in alignment with the seasons.

The session will include a gentle yoga class with asanas designed to help you enter the darkness and welcome the coming light. To close the class, we will have a guided Reiki Meditation to promote deep relaxation and create an emotional and energetic balance.
