As your Doula I can answer your questions and talk with you about your fears and anxieties.
I can teach and assist you with comfort measures for your birth.
I can provide evidence based information to ease partners into the world of childbirth.
But most of what I do is beneath the surface.
Birth is a sacred right of passage taking place as much in the spiritual and metaphysical sense as it does on the physical level.
Birth is incredibly complex and being a Doula means holding the space for you and witnessing you as you step into motherhood.
It means being so present and in tune with my intuition and with you that I am able to meet your needs and desires before you even have to vocalize them.
This service extends past pregnancy and birth.
In your postpartum days you may need a hot meal, a bath drawn, a load of laundry folded, a shoulder to cry on, and the reassurance that the universe has your back.
