A: Stay in a small calorie deficit while focusing on improving performance with resistance training.

✨ Keep it simple:
• Eat enough protein to support muscle
• Lift consistently with progressive overload
• Avoid extremes (too much deficit = muscle loss, no deficit = no fat loss)

About Me

MY PERSONAL BIO:

When I turned 30 years old I struggled with my weight. I had to overcame many personal obstacles which helped me realize the importance of exercise and healthy eating. During that time, and ever since, I am passionate about helping others obtain a healthy lifestyle.

I feel that by motivating parents and helping them to change their health habits that their children will live a happy and healthy lifestyle. When training I apply behavioral, motivational, and exercise strategies. I work with healthy individuals and those with medically controlled disease in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I tailor to the needs and goals of my clients, motivating and pushing them to leave their exercise comfort zone in order to achieve optimal results.
