Vintage on the Ponds We are a community-based residential facility located in Delavan, Wisconsin. All rooms are private, however, they vary in size, décor and bathroom arrangement.

Vintage on the Ponds is a privately owned, 70-bed licensed community-based residential facility or CBRF. The Vintage is situated on 116 acres amidst wildlife, trees and flowers overlooking two large ponds. We have three outdoor courtyards for our residents to enjoy with family and friends. We offer 24-hour nursing supervision and a qualified support staff. Our staff give excellent care and take pride in Vintage residents giving them a comfortable place to live and call “home!” The level of care provided ranges from residents who are independent with all activities of daily living to those residents who require total assistance in all areas. Dignity and respect are of utmost importance for those who live here and our goal is to always provide the highest quality of care and support to our residents resulting in the best quality of life! We have a wonderful activity staff that keep residents involved and busy with numerous activities daily. We have a small, wheelchair accessible bus to accommodate those who enjoy going out on outings and we provide transportation to and from doctor appointments as well. Vintage on the Ponds provides respite, hospice and palliative care. We are also contracted with Family Care.
