Through mindset, movement, connection, and nourishment we are intuitively guided back to our own truths and are empowered to live a healthier and happier life. Vidya believes that now more than ever, you can lean into the healing and wisdom that yoga offers as the practice opens up a deeper connection within ourselves and with others. By creating a foundation of growth, support, and gratitude, we hope you find what works for you and intentionally integrate these practices into your daily life, on and off the mat. We offer a variety of weekly classes for those looking to do yoga for the first time as well as those looking to continue their practice. Vidya also provides opportunities for series, workshops, and events! Come be a part of our community and begin your wellness journey.

In a world where you can be anything, be kind 💓 Thank you for being here. Thank you for your kindness. Because of you, Vidya was.

And for that, we are truly grateful. What a beautiful experience providing a space for this community.

A space to be completely you.
A space in which we are all interconnected.
A space for loving connection and empowering community.

While endings are always bittersweet, we know that Vidya will continue to be through each of you. Thank for sharing in this season with us. 🦋✨ Sending all our love and appreciation to this community.
