Ethan came to me back at the end of June looking to improve his body composition and overall health.
We are down almost 30lbs and 4” off his waist while slowly working his food up.
Cardio has mainly been walks outside along with some stair master sessions sprinkled in for 4 weeks leading up to a hiking/hunting trip.
We will keep pulling down to get him closer to 10-12% body fat then we will pivot from there.
