Ben is wrapping up his fat-loss phase soon.
We’ve kept things simple and consistent: 3 miles of outdoor walking daily, calories set at 3513 kcal on training days and 2920 kcal on non-training days, with 1–3 planned refeeds each week.
His GI health, skin, insulin sensitivity, and overall headspace are all in a solid place.
We will fill out the next few days then pulling a little more off.
He’s in a perfect spot for us to transition into a lean growth phase heading into the new year.
