To us, Easter isn’t just another holiday. It symbolizes the incredible miracle and work done for EVERYONE - not just the “good”, the “righteous” or the “deserving”. I’ll tell you right now, we definitely aren’t any of those!

Hi friends 💕 This is Michelle, the owner of Ampersand. There have been lots of changes in my personal life, and needing to take a step back from being in the brick and mortar store. If I’m being honest, it’s also been pretty dead in there as of late, and it’s been really discouraging to have my employees have nothing to do.

Therefore, we are going to be cutting back our store hours to save on labor costs. We have really been struggling throughout the start of this year, and all I can do is ask for your support and prayer. Lots of bills are coming up and we’ve got some fun additions coming up, but we really need to get caught up with other things first ✨

We pray that we can stay open, so we’d love to see you if you’re local here soon. We love you all 💕

WE ARE HIRING! ✨

We are looking for motivated, dedicated individuals who love candles and essential oils, are trainable, and (if possible) already have experience with essential oils.

We are open during the weeks in the afternoons and evenings (2-6pm or 4-8pm), and Saturdays 11am-4pm. We are looking for at least 1-2 people to fill new roles!

You must be 16 years of age or older (preferably 18 or older), have relatively open availability, and be able to eventually work on your own in a fun and creative environment! Applications can be found at the link in our bio 🌿

Let’s get down to the honest, nitty gritty reality friends - January was ROUGH. We definitely expected it after the holidays, but we have some MAJOR ground to cover in February. So today, we thought we’d highlight our second most popular product line: ESSENTIAL OILS 🌿

Our essential oils are fair trade, organic, and some are even ECOCERT certified 🙌🏼 we share ALL of our partner farmers, their websites, and how to get in contact with them 💕

They are REAL SMALL BUSINESSES, REAL PEOPLE. They own their own land, their own distilleries, and they bottle and ship DIRECTLY to us. They also only harvest once a year during peak seasons, so they won’t overwork their land either! And they all come from their native habitats too, which has been chemically proven to make more chemically pure essential oils!!

So what does this mean for you?
